Current lead times are 2 weeks for "Made to Order" goods. This ensures we have enough time to source materials from our suppliers and create your item with the dedicated focus required to make it last a lifetime.

Due to the handmade nature of the business, we only offer item exchanges and refunds of in-store credit in the form of a digital gift card that never expires.

Return inquiries must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date.

If exchanging or returning an item for store credit, the item must be unused, unworn, and unscratched. Each item will be thoroughly inspected before exchange or store credit can be approved.

Personalized items (monogramming, stamping, etc.) do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Shipping costs for exchanges or store credit will be deducted from the customer's refund.

No returns or refunds on Garage Sale (clothing, vintage, or antique) items. All sales are final.

For items with sizes, please do your research on brand, size guides, etc. (especially for vintage clothing).

Patina is simply the result of the aging process on your good. Scratches, dents, burns, rubs, rash, wear & tear, and the like!
